General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
TIFFA (targeted imaging for fetal anomalies) scan is for the study of fetal anomaly scan in second trimester.
As per the report furnished, following entities can be inferred.
1. Single live fetus is present with head towards the lower end.
2. Attachment of placenta is towards the upper part of the front of the uterus with normal grade 1 maturity.
3. Fluid surrounding the fetus (amniotic fluid) and cervical length is adequate.
4. Fetal biometry is corresponding to 18 weeks of gestation indicating growth of fetus is optimum.
5. Fetal heart rate of 165 beats per minute is normal.
6. Fetal weight of 235 grams is also good.
There is no point mentioned about anomaly and hence it cannot be commented.
Otherwise, it can be inferred that the development of fetus is proper and corresponds to 18 weeks of pregnancy.
Kindly get the antenatal check-ups as advised.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
